Dream Home with a Dream Man Cave
When I got called for the job to photograph this house as soon as I drove up to the property I realized that this was one of the largest and nicest properties I was about to do to date. The house on the inside I hadn’t seen yet, but even driving up the driveway seeing man made hills and ponds, you knew the inside was going to be just as nice. Well little did I know walking into this property the design was going to be my dream home.
Walking into the foyer I loved how large and open the space felt, although being 6400 square feet it’s kinda hard for it not to feel large. The colors of the wall are very trendy and neutral to keep the space flowing and seamless throughout the home. I absolutely loved the dining room table. Large for entertaining and had that rustic design charm that is very in style. Walking into the kitchen the white cupboards, white counter top, and white back splash really leaves the space feeling open, airy, clean, and extremely elegant. I love the lighting fixtures used to add a little sparkle and elegance as a finishing touch. The living room has so many features and pieces I love, to tie together the whole design concept of the home. The fireplace is an amazing focal point of the room drawing your eye up to the high ceilings using textured tiles. The large comfortable pieces of furniture add texture and warmth to the room, as well as an ample amount of seating for the family or guests. I love the hand scraped hardwood floors giving the room a nice, cozy, rustic feel. Every inch and corner of this room was designed with elegance and the rustic charm that I love oh so much!
Now the inside is for the ladies, but men wait until you see the “man cave”. I have never seen such a massive “man cave” in my life with everything a man could dream of. A pool table, a large bar the size of a restaurant bar, a sitting area, a games table, and a home theater. What more can a man cave ask for? The drive to the man cave...yes I said drive, just hop in your golf cart and enjoy the scenery of the ponds, pool, and pool house on your way to the man cave. This house is one of the nicest homes in Windsor and Essex County and really is something to tell your friends about. I really could go on and on about every bedroom, bathroom, and extra rec room for pages about this house. It is something out of a magazine. There was nothing spared with attention to detail in each room.
Being able to photograph houses like this is really why I got into the Real Estate Photography business. I’ve always had a passion for design and loved being creative and making things look beautiful.
